Standard Courier Delivery Nationwide

We aim to provide the following delivery times across New Zealand on standard sized items within the standard courier network.

Oversized Items

Oversized items that cannot be sent through the standard NZ Courier network is anything over 1.5m or 0.175 m3 is outside the normal courier network.

Delivery time may vary and will depend entirely on the nature of the product being supplied. Oversized, bulky, large or custom order items may take longer to deliver than other items in your order.

Rural Delivery

Rural will incur additional charges and rural delivery items may also take an additional 5 business days depending on the location.

Rural Delivery – $3.50 per shipment

If you live at a rural address, you must select the Rural Delivery option in the Checkout for your item to be delivered. Unfortunately, we must charge this additional fee because rural delivery operators are subcontracted to deliver your parcel.

Signature Required

If you don’t want Aramex to leave your parcel unattended on your property, please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high-value items. Neither Aramex nor NZGAMING are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered. Standard proof of delivery will have a GPS time stamp or picture of the parcel at the address.

Delivery of Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods will be identified and labelled in a specific box. They may be shipped separately from any other shipped items, and they may not arrive at the same time. They could take an additional 1-5 business days to arrive.

Our primary courier is Aramex New Zealand. The policies of NZ Gaming and conditions of acceptance will be the same as those of Aramex New Zealand.
