You can order as a guest if that is your preference.

However, having a saved login will make ordering faster for you and it means that we can retain your profile, ordering information and history.

How to place an order

1. Find the product you want by:

a) Typing in the description in the search box at the top of the screen.

b) Searching via the blue [Shop Gaming] box next to the Search box.

Scrolling down the homepage and clicking on any banner.

2. Once you have found the product, you can either view it in a list or tile view.

3. You can order directly from the list or tile view by selecting the quantities you want, then press the [add to cart] button.

4. If you want more detail on a product you can also open the product page. You can also enter quantities and add to cart from the product page.

5. There is an indication of stock on both views so you can check availability online.

In stock – Usually ships in 1-3 business days.

Available – Usually ships in 3-5 business days.

Low Stock Could run out – Usually ships in 3-5 business days.

Temp out of Stock – Available date

Out of stock - Unknown Availability

Pre Order – Estimated Date

6. To add a product to your Wishlist, just click on the *(star) Add to Wishlist so you can quickly find it next time.

7. When you have finished adding your items to the cart, click the [cart] at the top right of the screen to review your order.

8. To proceed to the checkout, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

9. You will be presented with 4 steps to complete your purchase.

o Cart Summary of Order

o Contact & Delivery Detail – Entry or Confirmation

o Payment Method (Credit card or personal finance)

o Order Complete

10. Once you have completed all the steps including payment method and terms & conditions you will need to click the COMPLETE ORDER button at the bottom right.
